Policy & Procedure

Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the following requirements to apply:

  • Students of Grade 5, 6, 7, and 8 are eligible.

  • Applicants must provide accurate academic and personal details during registration.

  • Students must agree to follow all RMZ Scholarship rules and procedures.

The scholarship assessment consists of 80 total marks:

Total: 80 Marks (60 Test + 20 Interview)

Special Benefit for Existing RMZ Scholars

  • Previous RMZ Scholarship holders will receive +5 bonus marks in their next interview.

Applicants must complete the following process:

  1. Fill out the online registration form on the official RMZ website.

  2. Pay the test fee through the provided payment method.

  3. After fee confirmation, the student will be added to the official WhatsApp group.

  4. All test-related instructions, demo test links, and announcements will be shared in the group.

  • The test will be bilingual (Urdu + English).

  • The test will contain 60 MCQs.

  • Each MCQ carries 1 mark.

  • No negative marking.

  • Test duration: 40 minutes.

  • Separate tests will be conducted for Grades 5, 6, 7, and 8.

  • The result will appear immediately after test submission.

  • A demo test will be provided for practice before the actual exam.

This section ensures students and parents understand the test quality:

  • Test will follow the age-appropriate learning level of each grade.

  • MCQs for all core subjects will strictly follow Single National Curriculum (SNC) SLOs of Grade V–VIII.

  • Logical Reasoning questions will evaluate analytical skills, problem-solving, and mental ability appropriate for each grade.

  • No irrelevant or out-of-syllabus questions will be included.

  • Test difficulty will be above average to ensure fair competition and identify talented students.

  • The test result will be displayed immediately after submission.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview.

  • Interviews will be conducted online by the RMZ Selection Panel.

Final selection will be based on:

  • 60% Test Score

  • 40% Interview Score

Additional requirements:

  • Selected students must attend the Scholarship Distribution Ceremony.

  • Scholarships will only be awarded to students who are present at the ceremony.

  • The scholarship will cover monthly educational expenses for one year.

  • For the next academic year, students must reapply and re-qualify.

  • Existing RMZ Scholars will receive +5 bonus marks in their renewal interview.
